in the summer of 2022, the senior summer school in Houten went on their yearly boat trip along the local river ‘de Vecht’. The organization offers the elderly the chance to socialize and go on activities that accommodate their needs and interests. The school tries to keep these trips as accessible as possible by only charging a small fee to participate. The Blygold foundation covered part of the expenses by providing a double-decker bus to safely transport the participants to and from the boat. The Blygold foundation proudly sponsors the activities of the senior summer school’s curriculum and feels honored to have been a part of this wonderful day.
